As all CFS sufferers know perfectly well, we suffer from a lack of energy, we get tired easily, and we have to sleep a lot more than the normal person.

I wish to tell a small part of how I was successfully able to increase my energy level and reduce the number of hours that I needed to sleep on a daily basis.

Once I was having to sleep over 10 hours a day in order to function at some normal capacity because of feeling thoroughly exhausted and run-down, I was driven to search for anything that may naturally increase my energy level. I knew I had to do something.

When I was first diagnosed with CFS from a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome clinic, the staff from this clinic sent me a list of recommended products. One of these products is called Cellfood.  When I started taking Cellfood, I noticed immediately that I had more energy and I was very glad to experience something positive for once in respect to my CFS condition. So I adopted Cellfood as part of my daily dosage of taking 8-10 drops in water or juice, 3 times daily.

Since Cellfood worked so well in giving me more energy, I knew there must be other things out there that can also provide me with more energy.

So I began to look online for anything that may potentially boost my energy level. I read a lot from product reviews, testimonials, promising supplements to forum and blog posts, and comments. I ordered several supplements that I honestly thought would help me with my lack of energy; but most didn't do anything for me.

Finally, I came across a supplement called Oxydrene which seemed quite promising from its description. I read all of the website testimonials of customers who had taken Oxydrene. By now, I was eager to give Oxydrene a fair try. So I placed an order for one. I ordered the 120 capsule bottle. I received the order within a week. I was excited when the order arrived. I opened it quickly and read the instructions. It was important to take Oxydrene on an empty stomach so you can experience its full energy-boosting power.

I started to taking 2 Oxydrene capsules one hour before breakfast and another two one hour before dinner with a full glass of water. At first, I did not experience anything different. I didn't lose hope yet. So I continued taking Oxydrene. It wasn't until day four that I began to feel more energetic and less tired. I also noticed that I didn't have to sleep as much as before. Naturally, I made Oxydrene part of my daily dosage. My quest for more energy took a "back-seat" for the moment. I was still open for any product that might increase my energy.

Years later, I was reading some product description at a health website for urinary problems for my father who was at the time experiencing urinary related issues and I was looking for something that can help solve his inability to urinate. I found something that might help him and I ordered it online. Like most health websites there are usually other products listed while you are browsing and after ordering. I became interested in such a product that was supposed to fight fatigue. I read the product description and testimonials. It seemed promising so I ordered it. It was a liquid product in which you had to add drops of it to water or juice.

When I received this order I followed the instructions and added several drops of it to a glass of water. That same evening I noticed that I didn't feel as tired as I normally do by a certain time of the night. I was not in a hurry to pass judgement in something too new to me. So I just decided to take it for the next couple of days. The next day, again I felt less tired in the late evening which was a little strange for me since I would be feeling quite exhausted by now. The following days I continued to feel less tired, less sleepy, and more awake. So I knew I had a winner; this product was working. Later on like six months later, when I closely examined the ingredients on the label of the "new" product, again I came across that one word which I was not sure of its real meaning.  When I looked up that word online, I learned that this liquid product contained alcohol; not much, but enough to make me a bit uncomfortable. I studied the ingredient list carefully to see which ingredient was in this product that was making me feel less exhausted.  I concluded the only ingredient that could possibly be making a positive difference was olive leaf. I was certain of this so I just had to order olive leaf by itself. When I ordered only olive leaf and took it, I felt the same fatigue-fighting experience as when I took it in the liquid product.

These three products made a monumental difference in my life in regard to my energy level, fatigue, and sleep.
